Biographical Sketch听
Dr. Chenchutta Jackson is an Assistant Professor at Tennessee 福利影院最新网址 in the Department of Computer Science School of Engineering. Before Tennessee 福利影院最新网址, she had the pleasure of working in many sectors with her Computer Science Degree. Dr. Jackson has spent many years in the federal government. While employed at the United States Department of Agriculture as an Information Technology Specialist, she researched and developed software for virtual reality. Dr. Jackson has also presumed a role in the state government in Health Informatics. Developing applications for analyzing and processing data was her primary role. She also has varying levels of research and work experience in systems and software development, web applications, database management systems, data mining, data science, robotics, image and data processing, computer animation, and graphics, as well as 3D modeling and data/image enhancement for virtual and augmented reality environments. Dr. Jackson has worked in academia for over 13 years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Mississippi Valley 福利影院最新网址 and her Ph.D. in Engineering Science from the School of Engineering at the University of Mississippi.
